Introduction: What Vijey Textile collects when you shop at vijeytextile.com, what we do with it, and who else sees it.

What we collect

Personal information: Full name, email address, mobile number and delivery address, when you register or place an order.
Payment information: We do not store card or UPI details. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
Order information: Products purchased, order history and delivery details.
Device information: Browser type, IP address and pages visited, for analytics and security purposes.

How we use it

To fulfil your order: To process and deliver it, and to send confirmations, shipping updates and invoices by email and WhatsApp.
To help you: To respond to customer support queries.
Promotional offers: Only with your consent, and you can opt out at any time.
To run and improve the shop: To improve our website and services, and to comply with legal obligations.

Security and cookies

How we protect it: SSL encryption, secure servers, access controls. No transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we will not claim otherwise.
Cookies: To keep you signed in, remember your bag, and count visits. Disable them in your browser and parts of the site stop working.

Your rights

What you can ask for: See what we hold about you.
Correct anything wrong.
Delete your account and its data.
Opt out of promotional messages.
How to exercise them: Write to vijeytextile@gmail.com, or delete the account yourself from your account settings.
Children’s privacy: Our services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
